1. Introduction
- Alaukik International Tourism Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “we,” or “us”) is a legally registered tour operator in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- By using our website or booking a tour, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking & Payment
- Customers must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking.
- A minimum deposit of 45% of the total tour price is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid 5 days before departure.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cash (subject to transaction fees).
- Prices are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) or US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation by the Client:
- More than 15 days before departure: Full refund, minus transaction fees.
- 11 to 15 days before departure: Partial refund of 70%.
- Less than 7 to 11 days before departure: No refund(based on itineraries).
- Cancellation by the Company:
- We reserve the right to cancel tours due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political instability).
- In such cases, we will provide a full refund or alternative tour option.
4. Changes to Itinerary
- We may modify itineraries due to weather, local restrictions, flight delays, or safety concerns.
- If significant changes occur, customers will be notified in advance.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Clients must follow local laws and respect cultural norms in Nepal.
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and travel insurance.
- Clients must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before booking.
6. Health & Safety
- We highly recommend travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and baggage loss.
- Clients must follow the instructions of our guides during tours.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
- The Company is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses due to accidents, natural disasters, or third-party negligence.
- We are not responsible for flight delays, lost baggage, or missed connections.
- Activities such as trekking, rafting, and adventure sports carry risks. Clients participate at their own risk.
8. Privacy Policy
- We collect and store personal data only for booking and customer service purposes.
- We do not share customer data with third parties except as required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
- All website content, images, and itineraries are the property of Alaukik International Tourism Pvt Ltd.
- Unauthorized use of our materials is strictly prohibited.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by Nepalese law.
- Any disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of Nepalese courts.
